In order to improve the Crescent's Sales and Leasing process, effective October 15, 2025, we have transitioned from the former paper application and manual approval system to an online platform called Tenant Evaluation, under the direction of APMS.

This change, required by updated legislative and security protocols, will make the process more efficient, secure, and convenient for applicants, staff, and the Board. Key benefits include:

• Self-Service Applications – Applicants can enter their information directly for improved accuracy and security.

• Online Payments – Faster, more secure, and convenient payment options.

• Automated Notifications – Real-time updates for applicants regarding missing items or approvals.

• Streamlined Board Reviews – A single, easy-to-read application packet for faster decision-making.

• No Change in Requirements – All current association application requirements remain in place.

Accessing the Online Application

There are three ways to access the application:

1. Via the APMS link: https://advancedpropertymgmt.applytomove.com/

2. Tenant Evaluation Portal: Visit https://tenantev.com, create an account, and enter the property code 14210.

3. By using the attached information sheet, which includes a QR code and property code that can be printed and scanned for direct access

Important Notes

• If you are planning to sell or lease your property, you may share this information with your realtor or agent.

• Lease renewals will continue to be processed as before, with documents submitted directly to the APMS office.

• Sales and Leases: Paper applications will not be accepted after October 13, 2025. All applications must be completed online.

• The online application includes step-by-step instructions and may take up to 45 minutes to complete.

• An application fee will apply, which includes the cost of a background check (if applicable).

We believe this transition will significantly improve efficiency and enhance the overall experience for all applicants.
