Our website serves two primary purposes:  to provide information which by law you are entitled to have; and to serve as a handy reference for all aspects of community life at the Crescent.  It is designed to be useful to all owners, especially new ones.

The website is organized into folders so that you can quickly find information and answers to your questions.  For instance the folders titled “Remodeling, Renovation, and Repairs” contains the documents that you will need when you decide to make renovations and repairs to your condominium.  Please note that your personal financial information is maintained on the website of our property manager (apmsfl.com), not on this website.

The Board has retained Advanced Property Management Services (APMS) for professional management. The Community Association Manager (CAM) for our property can be reached at 239-513-9433 or [email protected].  We also have a full-time, on-site maintenance technician, Julio Gonzales, who can be contacted at 239-682-8926 or [email protected].  Please understand that Julio does not perform repairs to your unit but can provide elevator pads, cable room access, and a fast response to a property damage emergency.
